great location, friendly staff, and stunning views from the balcony. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was tasty. We loved the rooftop terrace and the easy access to transportation.

This hotel has a great location close to the airport and the Saturday night market. Rooms are new and nicely furnished with comfortable beds, rain showers, and beautiful views of the mountains. the cafeteria has a great atmosphere and offers a lovely view of Doi Suthep. Guests can enjoy free coffee and toast, and there are plenty of drinks and snacks available for purchase. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and the value for money is excellent.
There were some issues with housekeeping and staff reliability, but these were quickly resolved with the help of the manager.

The view from the room was breathtaking with stunning sunsets. the staff was very friendly and helpful, giving great advice about key locations to visit nearby. the room was quite spacious with enough room to move about. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated near all the exciting attractions the city has to offer, which made it easy to move around.
The cleaning service was quite poor, with the staff only cleaning the room once during my Easter stay. It took multiple requests and three separate interactions with the front desk staff to get them to finally clean my room.

The hotel is well-located, with easy access to both the airport and the city center. The decor is stunning and the rooms are comfortable, with fantastic views from the balcony. The staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring our stay was enjoyable.
The room wasn't spotlessly clean and we had to ask for it to be cleaned during our stay. Additionally, there was some noise coming from the nearby area that could be heard in our room. it was a good hotel for the price, but improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness and noise levels.
